As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, engaging with customers over the phone to deliver exceptional service and support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products or services. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire a thorough understanding of our products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales opportunities. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services that align with their requirements.
- Customer Support: Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions. Update customer databases with relevant information and ensure data confidentiality.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as outlined by the management. Demonstrate a proactive approach to meet and exceed performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Share insights and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and service processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum educational qualification from 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: Proven experience of at least 3 years in telemarketing, telecalling, or customer service roles. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and principles. Ability to identify sales opportunities and effectively close deals.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience: Resilient attitude towards rejection and setbacks. Ability to maintain motivation and focus during challenging situations.
- Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Mana ki Sher, Salumbar, Rajasthan, 313027.
