Job Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for:

  1. Making Outbound Calls: Engage with potential and existing customers through outbound calls to promote our products/services and generate leads.
  2. Handling Inbound Calls: Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our offerings, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Building Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction with our brand.
  4. Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the overall success of the team and the organization.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and transactions, using our CRM system.
  6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.


To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  1. Education: Minimum of a 12th-grade education; however, graduates are preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language are essential.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
  5. Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  6. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
