Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, responsible for initiating communication with potential customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our offerings can address those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services and educate prospects on their features and benefits.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information and document it accurately for further follow-up.
3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products/services and any promotional campaigns to effectively convey information to customers and address their queries.
5. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the management. Strive to continuously improve performance through self-motivation and adherence to best practices.
6. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing or sales roles is highly desirable, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Resilience: Resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue objectives.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
