  6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all calls made and customer interactions in the company's database.
  7. Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer preferences, market trends, and other relevant insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Education: A minimum of 10th-grade education is required, though a higher education level is preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language are essential.
  4. Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
