Job Title: Telecaller

Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction efforts, responsible for reaching out to potential clients, answering their inquiries, and promoting our products/services. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers. Address their queries, provide information about products/services, and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns or complaints promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the organization. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve revenue goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback received. Update customer information in the database regularly to ensure data integrity.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, managers, and other departments to share customer feedback, market insights, and suggestions for improving sales strategies or product offerings.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while interacting with customers and handling sensitive information. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Education: A minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) is required. Higher education such as graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old to apply for this position.
