About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization's success by connecting with potential customers over the phone. You will be responsible for promoting our products/services, addressing customer queries, and generating leads through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information about our offerings.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening, to convert them into sales opportunities.
  4. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, overcome objections, and ultimately close sales.
  5. Database Management: Update customer information in the database, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records for future reference.
  6. Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management, demonstrating consistent performance and results.
  7. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer interactions, market trends, and product/service performance to the relevant departments. Prepare and submit regular reports as required.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a Graduate degree.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or sales industry.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi (and English, if possible), with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  6. Sales Aptitude: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Previous experience in telesales or customer service would be advantageous.
  7. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Gender: Open to individuals of all genders - male, female, and others.
