Job Telecaller

Are you a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service? We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers in Pithoragarh. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone, promoting our products/services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone courteously and professionally. Listen to their queries, provide information about our products/services, and address any concerns they may have.
- Sales and Promotion: Promote company products/services to potential customers through effective communication. Utilize persuasive skills to generate interest and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and opportunities for business growth. Maintain a database of leads and follow up on them regularly to nurture relationships and drive sales.
- Data Management: Accurately records and maintains customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database. Ensure that all records are updated promptly to facilitate smooth communication and efficient follow-up.
- Customer Support: Provide after-sales support by addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strive to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Adherence to Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level. A background in sales, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or customer service. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively convey product/service benefits to customers.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. Empathetic attitude towards customer needs and concerns.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications. Familiarity with CRM software or telecalling systems is an added advantage.
