As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our business operations, responsible for initiating conversations with potential customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided contact list or leads generated through various channels. Your task will be to introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade potential customers to take the desired action.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner. Listen attentively to their queries, concerns, and requirements, and provide accurate information and solutions to address their needs effectively.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive questioning and effective communication. Gather relevant information about prospective customers, such as their preferences, budget, and purchase intent, to determine their suitability for our offerings.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships, address any outstanding issues, and facilitate conversions. Utilize various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and SMS, to stay connected with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management. Demonstrate a results-driven approach by consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system or designated database. Ensure that all relevant information, including contact details, feedback, and sales updates, is entered promptly and accurately for future reference.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate level.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
