Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our customer service operations. You will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients over the phone, addressing their inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


  1. Customer Communication: Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to address their queries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed.
  2. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  3. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services to customers.
  4. Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, inquiries, and interactions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
  5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products/services and address any additional concerns they may have.
  6. Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of service quality by adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance metrics.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) up to Graduate level.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telesales environment.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to identify customer needs, address concerns, and offer appropriate solutions on time.
  6. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
