  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, highlighting their benefits and features to generate interest and secure sales opportunities.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by demonstrating excellent communication skills and active listening. Address any queries or concerns they may have regarding our products/services, and provide accurate information to facilitate informed decision-making.
  3. Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company through proactive selling and negotiation.
  4. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with customers. Provide assistance and support throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
  5. Data Management: Update customer records and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. Maintain organized records of interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions for reference and reporting purposes.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment. Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.


  1. Education: Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate. Candidates with additional certifications or relevant vocational training in sales or customer service will be preferred.
  2. Experience: Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service roles. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate product/service features clearly and convincingly, with a customer-focused approach.
  4. Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales effectively. Confidence in handling objections and rejection positively, with persistence and resilience.
  5. Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management. Comfortable using technology for communication and sales purposes.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
