Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary duties will include:

  1. Outbound Calling: Engaging potential customers through outbound calls to introduce our products/services and persuade them to make a purchase or set up appointments.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets by effectively pitching products/services, handling objections, and closing sales deals.
  4. Lead Generation: Identifying potential leads and opportunities through cold calling, market research, and networking activities.
  5. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately documenting customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in the CRM system. Generating regular reports to track performance metrics and progress toward targets.


  • Education: The minimum qualification required is 10th grade, though a higher degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role is required. Experience in sales or customer service is highly advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or the local language, with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Persistence and Resilience: A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively are essential for success in this role.
  • Target Orientation: Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office applications, and internet browsing.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
