Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for initiating contact with potential customers to promote our products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and ultimately drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Product Promotion: Present and promote our products or services to potential customers, emphasizing key features and benefits.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening.
  4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
  6. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  7. Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales and marketing teams. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
  8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through training sessions and self-study.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and proficiency in English. Ability to articulate product features and benefits convincingly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence and persuade potential customers to take desired actions.
  • Target Orientation: Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills with familiarity with using CRM software and MS Office applications.
