Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, providing them with information about our products/services, addressing their inquiries, and ultimately persuading them to take action, whether it's making a purchase, scheduling an appointment, or participating in a survey.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
  3. Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge about our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  4. Handling Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections tactfully, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to take desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling a demo.
  6. Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  7. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  8. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  9. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and suggestions for improvement.
  10. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders, both male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and maintain professionalism.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and pressure positively.
