Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will be crucial in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products or services.
  2. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  3. Customer Engagement: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  4. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  5. Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, to close the sale.
  6. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  7. Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding customer preferences and market trends.


  • Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Age: 18 years to 40 years.
  • Gender: Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Persuasive Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchasing decisions.
