Education: Candidates should have completed their 12th-grade education or hold a graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or related fields is preferred. However, freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years of age.

Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided, to generate sales or set up appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by providing product information, addressing queries, and resolving concerns professionally and courteously.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening, ensuring a high conversion rate of leads into sales opportunities.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries in the CRM system.
- Achievement of Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team targets set by the organization, demonstrating resilience and determination to meet and exceed expectations.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance regulations, while conducting telecalling activities.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and suggestions for improving sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Persuasive ability to effectively sell products or services over the phone.
