Job Telecaller

Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities. You will also handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries and concerns, and provide assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make proactive calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or set up appointments.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. Gather pertinent information and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Customer Engagement: Handle incoming calls from customers, answer their queries, provide product information, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and efficiently. Maintain regular contact with existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve revenue goals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services, pricing structures, and promotional offers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, sales representatives, and other departments to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to overall team success.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure ethical conduct in all interactions.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback, participate in training programs, and implement suggestions for improvement to enhance performance and achieve personal/professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate level.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders - male, female, and others.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Convincing abilities with a positive attitude.
