  4. Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Keep detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes to track progress and performance.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, including sales representatives and supervisors, to achieve collective goals and objectives. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to enhance overall team performance.

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
