Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, build relationships, and ultimately convert them into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers using prepared scripts. Present product/service information compellingly and persuasively to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information about customer needs, preferences, and buying intentions to facilitate targeted sales pitches.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized attention and addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively. Listen actively to customer feedback and use it to enhance the sales process.
  4. Sales Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or previous interactions. Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
  5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  6. Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in telesales or a similar role.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English will be an advantage.
  • Sales Aptitude: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center technology.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure sales environment.
