Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Address any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our products/services, and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Assist in generating sales leads and opportunities by identifying potential prospects during conversations. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the database. Update customer information, call logs, and sales activity reports regularly to track progress and performance.
- Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team leader or manager. Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
- Education: A minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) is required. Candidates with a graduate degree or higher will be preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is necessary. Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service will be advantageous.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old to be eligible for this position.
