Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales. Your role will involve building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our offerings can address those needs.


  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services and explain their benefits to potential customers.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information about potential customers and assess their interests and requirements.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups. Address any queries or concerns they may have and provide accurate information about our offerings.
  4. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, arranging product demonstrations, and ensuring a seamless handover of leads for further processing.
  5. Data Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers in the company's database. Update customer information, call logs, and sales activity reports regularly.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, call volumes, and sales conversions. Strive to continuously improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.


  • Education: Minimum 10th grade (Matriculation) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to convince and influence customers effectively over the phone. Confidence in presenting product/service features and benefits.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping people and solving their problems.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM software.
