Job Description: Telecaller (Matheran)

Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our organization, engaging with potential customers through phone calls to promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate sales leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our offerings to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and follow-up techniques.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and relevant information into the CRM system.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes, sales conversions, and other key performance indicators.
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for process improvement to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a 12th-grade diploma, with preference given to candidates with higher education qualifications.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in telemarketing, tele-sales, or customer service roles.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
