Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in our company's success by reaching out to potential customers, engaging with them over the phone, and promoting our products/services. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role requires a proactive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
  2. Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, product information, pricing, and support issues. Provide accurate and timely information to address their queries and concerns effectively.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, courtesy calls, and personalized interactions. Understand their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions and enhance their overall experience.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving set sales targets by effectively communicating product/service offerings, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and closing deals over the phone.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system. Update customer information, call logs, and sales activities regularly to ensure data integrity and facilitate efficient follow-up processes.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall business growth initiatives. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance skills and knowledge.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications, sales, or customer service industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging speaking voice. Ability to articulate product/service features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help customers and resolve their queries efficiently.
  • Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, work schedules, and customer requirements.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and handle objections professionally.
