Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicate our products and services. Your goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and answer any questions or concerns.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, referrals, and other methods. Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule appointments for further discussion with our sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their needs or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of conversations, inquiries, and feedback received. Update customer information in the database regularly.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates. Work closely with the team to develop strategies for achieving individual and team goals.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate. A higher level of education is an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Empathetic listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
