Role Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in our customer engagement strategy. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce company offerings, explain product features, and highlight benefits to encourage sales conversion.
  2. Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Listen attentively to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-ups, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by effectively utilizing sales techniques, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
  5. Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update databases with relevant information, and generate reports as required.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product/service features, pricing, and promotions to provide comprehensive information to customers and address their queries effectively.
  7. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and scripts during customer interactions to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) required. Graduates preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders - male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali and/or Hindi. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
