Position Overview: As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Your goal will be to introduce our products/services, address inquiries, and ultimately drive sales or achieve other predetermined objectives. You will be representing our company, acting as the first point of contact for many customers, and thus playing a crucial role in shaping their perception of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers or leads provided by the company. Present products/services persuasively, highlighting their features and benefits to generate interest and secure sales opportunities.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers to maintain relationships, gather feedback, and address any concerns or questions they may have regarding our offerings.
  3. Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of potential customers through effective questioning and active listening. Determine the suitability of our products/services to meet their needs and qualify leads accordingly.
  4. Data Management: Accurately record and maintain customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company's database or CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  5. Achieving Targets: Work towards predefined sales targets and objectives, striving to meet or exceed them consistently. Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving individual and team goals.
  6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or objections with professionalism and empathy. Strive to leave a positive impression on every interaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: A minimum of 12th-grade education is required, with a preference for candidates holding a graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English or any additional languages would be an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
