About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule appointments. You will also handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance as needed. This role requires a proactive and persuasive approach to communication, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
2. Introduce products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
3. Persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
4. Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
6. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
7. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
8. Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
9. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
10. Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
6. Good organizational and time management skills.
7. Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
8. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
9. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
10. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
