About the Role:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating conversations with potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, provide information about our products/services, and persuade prospects to take desired actions. This role demands a persuasive personality coupled with exceptional communication skills to effectively convey our value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided, introducing our products/services and addressing any queries they may have.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling, understanding customer needs, and assessing potential interest in our offerings.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points to prospects.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers, including call logs, inquiries, and feedback, for future reference and analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively and convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools preferred.
