Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule a meeting.
2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication. Listen to their needs, address any concerns or queries, and provide appropriate solutions or assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information about customer requirements, budget, and preferences to determine their level of interest and likelihood of conversion.
4. Follow-up: Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a decision. Keep track of all interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system to ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer communication.
5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Continuously strive to improve sales performance through consistent effort, effective communication, and adherence to sales strategies and best practices.
6. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, pricing plans, and promotional offers. Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our offerings and address customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) up to Graduation.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice. Ability to articulate information clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers over the phone.
• Sales Aptitude: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals.
• Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efficiently.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software, email, and internet browsing.
