About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction process. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, introduce them to our products/services, address their queries, and persuasively convey the value proposition. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work towards set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and effectively communicate product/service benefits.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening.
4. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our offerings to address customer queries and provide accurate information.
5. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed set targets for call volume, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, update customer information, and track progress in the CRM system.
7. Feedback: Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam. Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish lasting relationships.
• Target Orientation: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively under pressure.
• Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
• Ethical Standards: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in customer interactions.
