Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, interacting with customers over the phone to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products or services. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce our products/services, answer queries, and provide assistance as needed. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times to ensure positive customer interactions.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns, addressing their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized communication and attentive support.
- Sales and Promotion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional offerings to maximize revenue potential. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer information, inquiries, and interactions in the CRM system. Maintain comprehensive and organized records to facilitate follow-up communication and track customer preferences and feedback effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to established quality standards and protocols in all interactions with customers. Ensure accuracy and consistency in the information provided, resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels as necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to share insights, best practices, and feedback for continuous improvement. Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment conducive to achieving collective goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum 10th-grade education required, with a preference for candidates holding a graduate degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong active listening skills and empathy toward customers' concerns.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals over the phone. Positive attitude, patience, and resilience in handling challenging situations.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for data entry and management. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems as required.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
