Job Description: Telecaller Position in Khambhat

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade customers to take desired actions such as purchasing or scheduling appointments.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information about potential customers, assess their interest level, and determine their suitability for our offerings.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing relevant information. Utilize effective communication techniques to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales opportunities. Present product/service features and benefits in a compelling manner, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including contact details, feedback, and outcomes. Use CRM software or other designated systems to record information and track progress.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate efforts, share insights, and contribute to collective success. Participate in regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (SSC) up to graduation level.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecalling or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in local languages or dialects is an advantage.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving results. Ability to understand customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Pleasant demeanor, empathy, and patience to build rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Technology Proficiency: Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software, MS Office applications, and internet browsing.
