Position: Telecaller

Job Description:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone, presenting our products/services compellingly and persuading them to make a purchase or take action. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, so exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services and highlight their benefits, aiming to generate interest and ultimately secure sales or appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Provide accurate information about our offerings and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and guide prospects through the sales process. Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with colleagues to implement strategies for enhanced customer satisfaction and sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 10th to Graduate. A strong command of the local language and proficiency in English is preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over the phone. Confidence, clarity, and persuasion are key attributes for success in this role.
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly. Empathetic listening skills and the capacity to understand customer needs are crucial.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and objections gracefully, maintaining professionalism and composure in challenging situations. Persistence and resilience are essential qualities for success in a sales-oriented environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports. Basic computer skills are necessary for this role.
