Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecalling or customer service roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention specific language if applicable) with a clear and pleasant telephone manner. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales deals over the phone. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
