Position: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products or services, and persuading them to take desired actions such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment.
- Inbound Calling: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance professionally and courteously.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers, thereby increasing sales opportunities.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and results-driven performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including call logs, sales activities, and customer feedback, utilizing our CRM system for efficient data management.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across different departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to coordinate efforts, share insights, and optimize processes for improved performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice, coupled with active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively, overcoming objections and objections to achieve desired outcomes.
- Resilience: Resilience and persistence in handling rejection or challenging situations, maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
- Technology Proficiency: Basic proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools for managing calls, updating records, and generating reports.
- Age and Gender: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age, and both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
