Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain positive customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Promote Products/Services: Present and explain the benefits of our products and services to potential customers.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
  5. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  7. Meet Targets: Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  8. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall performance.


  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate level education.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively handle objections.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support team goals.
