Job Description:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outgoing calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and maintain customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, hence excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  3. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our offerings.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and lead nurturing techniques.
  5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
  6. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  7. Feedback Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential opportunities for improvement.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent). Graduates are preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders – male and female.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the regional language.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchasing decisions.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work culture.
