Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via phone calls professionally and courteously. Build rapport and provide assistance to address their queries and concerns.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads. Utilize persuasive communication skills to encourage interest and drive sales.
- Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for existing clients. Address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the database. Ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics. Demonstrate resilience and determination to achieve set goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products/services and promotions. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers to drive interest and sales.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to share best practices, seek assistance when needed, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines governing telecommunications and customer data privacy.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English, Bengali, or other relevant languages. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Genuine interest in helping customers and providing exceptional service. Ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to influence customer decisions. Prior sales experience will be an advantage.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and the ability to navigate CRM software efficiently.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment. Demonstrated resilience and persistence in achieving targets.
