Position: Telecaller
Job Description:
Are you an excellent communicator with a knack for building rapport over the phone? Are you passionate about sales and customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by engaging potential customers and driving sales through effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our products/services, explain their features, and persuade customers to make a purchase or set up an appointment.
- Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with existing customers via phone calls to ensure their satisfaction with our products/services, address any concerns they may have, and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive outbound calling efforts. Gather relevant information about potential customers' needs, budgets, and timelines to determine their level of interest and suitability for our offerings.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers and prospects in the company's CRM system. Ensure that all information is entered correctly and promptly to facilitate effective follow-up and reporting.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives consistently. Strive to maximize sales opportunities by effectively conveying the value proposition of our products/services and overcoming objections.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in the sales and marketing departments to coordinate efforts, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree in any discipline. A higher level of education may be preferred but is not mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment. Experience in telemarketing or telesales will be highly advantageous.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age to be eligible for this position.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice. Ability to engage customers effectively, build rapport, and convey information persuasively.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close deals. Confidence in pitching products/services and negotiating terms with customers.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
