  3. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels such as email, website, or social media. Maintain regular contact with customers to nurture relationships and facilitate repeat business.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics. Take proactive measures to maximize productivity and achieve performance goals.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of conversations, inquiries, and transactions. Update CRM systems or databases with relevant information to facilitate effective follow-up and reporting.
  6. Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing sales strategies.
