- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Build rapport, address their queries and concerns, and provide accurate information to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels such as email, website, or social media. Maintain regular contact with customers to nurture relationships and facilitate repeat business.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics. Take proactive measures to maximize productivity and achieve performance goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of conversations, inquiries, and transactions. Update CRM systems or databases with relevant information to facilitate effective follow-up and reporting.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing sales strategies.
Requirements:
