  3. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and providing assistance as required.
  4. Product/Service Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  5. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback, in our CRM system.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed targets for call volumes, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics as set by the management.
  7. Adaptability: Adapt to changing scripts, procedures, and strategies to optimize call quality and achieve desired outcomes.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues, share best practices, and contribute to overall team success.


  • Education: Minimum 12th pass, with a preference for candidates holding a graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
  • Age: Between 18 and 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Good listening skills and empathy towards customers.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
