Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services and generate sales leads. Your role will involve engaging prospects, building rapport, and persuading them to take action, all while maintaining professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using prepared scripts. Introduce our products/services, highlight their features and benefits, and strive to generate interest and leads.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information from prospects and update our database with accurate details.
  3. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing customers to gather feedback, promote new offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction. Address any queries or concerns effectively to enhance the customer experience.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to maximize conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
  5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for reporting and analysis purposes.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and support overall business objectives. Share insights and feedback to optimize sales processes and campaigns.
  7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product/service knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and performance.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to a Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of successful lead generation and conversion.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer data and tracking sales activities.
