Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our business operations by reaching out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services, answer their queries, and persuade them to make purchases or schedule appointments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or database.
- Introducing our products/services to potential customers and explaining their benefits.
- Building rapport with customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments by highlighting product features and offering promotions or discounts.
- Recording accurate details of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Collaborating with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve collective goals.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: Minimum of a 10th-grade education, with preference given to candidates with higher educational qualifications.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a telecalling or sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and customer preferences, with a positive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate CRM software and other relevant applications.
- Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections, with a determined attitude to achieve sales goals.
