3. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up procedures.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments, follow-up calls, and customer meetings.
6. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets set by the management.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with customers.
8. Uphold company values and policies while delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade to Graduate level.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or customer service.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
