Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, or scheduling appointments. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate our offerings, build rapport with prospects, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects from provided leads or databases to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  2. Sales Pitch Delivery: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of each prospect, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening, capturing relevant information for further follow-up.
  4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested prospects to meet with our sales team or attend product demonstrations, ensuring a smooth transition in the sales process.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach throughout the interaction.
  6. Information Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records.
  7. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while adhering to quality standards and compliance regulations.
  8. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and competitor activities to contribute to the refinement of sales strategies and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
  • Age: Between 18 and 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders – male and female.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging telephone manner.
  • Strong persuasive abilities with a knack for building rapport and trust over the phone.
  • Good negotiation and objection-handling skills to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome challenges.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical conduct.
