Job Overview:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our sales efforts through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade prospects to make purchases or schedule appointments.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through strategic questioning and active listening. Gather relevant information about potential customers to assess their needs and preferences, thereby converting leads into opportunities.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and objections courteously and professionally. Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance retention rates.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas within specified timeframes. Utilize persuasive selling techniques and negotiation skills to close deals and maximize revenue opportunities.
  5. Data Management: Update customer records, sales activities, and interactions accurately in the CRM system. Maintain organized and detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback for analysis and reporting purposes.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support to coordinate efforts and optimize customer engagement strategies. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: The minimum qualification required is 10th grade, however, a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local language dialects. Ability to articulate product/service features persuasively and handle objections effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management principles.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office applications, and basic internet navigation skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic, patient, and resilient with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse customer demographics.
