Job Overview:

We are seeking energetic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers in Gumla. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided contact list or leads database.
  2. Introduce Products/Services: Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through engaging conversations and understanding customer needs.
  4. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales opportunities by providing accurate information, addressing queries, and overcoming objections.
  5. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
  6. Data Management: Accurately record customer details, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  7. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
  8. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.


  • Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
  • Experience: Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role are preferred.
  • Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders, both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
