Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with our sales team. You will also handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide information about our offerings professionally and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through various channels such as marketing campaigns, referrals, and online inquiries. Present our products/services persuasively and answer any questions or concerns potential customers may have.
  2. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize them for follow-up by the sales team. Gather relevant information about the prospect's needs, budget, and timeline to tailor our pitch accordingly.
  3. Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers through effective communication and active listening. Understand their requirements and offer personalized solutions that meet their needs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Sales Conversion: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers. Overcome objections, handle rejections gracefully, and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
  5. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system. Keep track of leads, follow-up activities, and outcomes to ensure seamless coordination with the sales and marketing teams.
  6. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement. Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotional offers to deliver accurate information to customers.


  • Education: The minimum qualification required is 10th grade, however, a higher educational background is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales roles is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and proficiency in local languages spoken in Goa (such as Konkani) are highly desirable.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to empathize with customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
