Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers and handling inbound inquiries. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and convert prospects into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: You will proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls to introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a consultation.
- Inbound Inquiry Handling: You will efficiently handle incoming calls from customers seeking information about our offerings, resolving their queries, providing assistance, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
