Job Title: Telecaller

  1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via telephone to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide solutions effectively. Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and follow up on previous interactions. Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert prospects into customers.
  3. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and transactions, using our CRM system. Update customer information regularly to ensure data integrity and facilitate future communications.
  4. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to confidently answer customer queries, provide relevant information, and highlight key features and benefits. Continuously update the knowledge base to stay informed about new offerings and enhancements.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed assigned targets for call volumes, lead generation, conversion rates, and sales revenue. Implement strategies to maximize productivity and achieve performance objectives within specified timelines.
  6. Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while conducting calls and handling customer interactions. Strive for excellence in service delivery, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.
  7. Feedback and Improvement: Solicit feedback from customers to understand their experience, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members and management to implement feedback-driven initiatives and enhance service delivery.


  • Education: Minimum qualification from 10th standard to Graduate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or Marathi. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, empathize with customers, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and internet browsing.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism: Professional demeanor, reliability, and commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team members and contribute to collective goals.
