Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our products/services, and persuasively communicating the benefits to meet their needs. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce products/services, explain features and benefits, and convince customers of their value proposition.
- Inbound Call Handling: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address their concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Conversion: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively pitching products/services, overcoming objections, and closing sales deals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, and complaints. Generate reports on call volume, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers and address their queries effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass to Graduate level.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates should be between 18 to 40 years old.

Skills and Attributes:
